Standard Delivery
All orders will be dispatched from one of our Korean Mulberry stores within 1-3 working days. Our Customer Services team will contact you if an item is not available.
Additional Delivery Information
• Import duty is included in the total price of your order.
• Please allow up to two additional working days for any security validation and delivery to Jeju and other Islands or mountainous areas.

Tracking & Delivery
You will receive an email confirming when your order has been despatched.
Our delivery partner will send you tracking details via SMS to monitor the progress of your order.
Payments & Taxes
Sales taxes and duties are calculated on the site according to where you are having your order delivered to and are detailed on the checkout screen during purchase and on your order invoice.
You can download your order invoice via My Mulberry or request one from our Customer Care team.
All Mulberry goods remain the property of Mulberry until payment has been received in full and the goods have been delivered or collected. Mulberry shall be responsible for the goods until the goods have been delivered or collected. Mulberry ensures all items are insured against theft and accidental damage at no cost to the customer.
Once the goods have been delivered or collected, they cease to be the responsibility of Mulberry.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, KakaoPay, NaverPay and JCB as payment methods on Mulberry.com.
Funds will be deducted from your bank once your order has been despatched.
All orders placed with Mulberry.com undergo security checking to ensure that the payment card is being used by the authorised cardholder. It is also done to prevent online fraud occurring. Please ensure that the Billing Address entered during checkout is the address where the payment card you use is registered. You can select a delivery address different to your billing address (for instance, as a gift to arrive with a friend) during the checkout process.
Insurance & lost goods
All Mulberry goods remain the property of Mulberry until payment has been received in full and the goods have been delivered or collected. Mulberry shall be responsible for the goods until the goods have been delivered or collected. Mulberry ensures all items are insured against theft and accidental damage at no cost to the customer.
Once the goods have been delivered or collected, they cease to be the responsibility of Mulberry.
If you are worried that your goods have been lost at some point on their journey to you, please contact our Customer Care team within 14 days of placing your order. For stationery orders please allow 28 days before contacting us. Mulberry takes delivery discrepancies very seriously. If a delivery is reported as lost, we will work alongside our delivery partner to ensure a full investigation is carried out. During this time, the carrier may contact you directly and we kindly ask you to provide any additional information they may request to assist with their enquiries. This will ensure the matter is dealt with as quickly as possible.
In the unlikely event your goods arrive in a damaged condition, please contact our Customer Care team within 30 days of the delivery. You will also need to ensure that all original packaging is kept (both outer shipping packaging and internal contents).
If you believe there is a discrepancy in the contents of an order you have received, please contact our Customer Care team within 48 hours of the delivery.
If a chosen safe place on your carrier account applies, our couriers will follow this instruction should you be unavailable at the time of delivery. The responsibility of your order is then no longer that of Mulberry and any losses from this point will need to be directed to your local authorities.
Collect in store
Your order can be collected at your convenience from selected stores in South Korea within 1-3 days or on the same day for selected purchases. If an item is not available, our Customer Services team will contact to you.
To use this service, select the 'collect in store' option at checkout and choose a store from the menu. The Collect in store service is not offered on orders for stationery items.
You will receive an email once your order has arrived in store and it is ready to be collected. Your order will remain in store for 10 days. In the event that you are not able to collect your order it will be cancelled and a full refund issued.
When collecting your order from a store you will need:
• To present a digital or printed copy of your “Order arrived in store” email.
• The credit or debit card used to complete the transaction.
• Photographic ID will be required when collecting an order in store.
• If someone is collecting the order on your behalf, your signed written permission in addition to the above.
Collected orders can be returned online or in-store, using our free returns process.
Packaging & gifts
Your Mulberry.com order will arrive in our signature packaging. Most of our leather goods will come with a soft dust bag to ensure that the item is protected.
All orders are delivered in discreet outer packaging.
For security reasons we are only able to issue refunds to the original purchaser of the gift and do not offer gift exchanges.
