Care & Repairs

Somerset is home to our Restoration service as well as our factories. We maintain an archive of components and materials going back 35 years and revive thousands of items each year. Our highly skilled artisans offer bespoke assessment and care for each bag and work with you to ensure you are satisfied with any repairs. We can repair items such as zips and locks, as well as offering a cleaning service and restoring general wear and tear. Please note not all bags can be repaired but our craftspeople will always do their best to find a solution.

Mulberry bags are made with a great deal of care and attention, and defects are rare, but all of our bags carry a 12-month guarantee from the date of purchase (3 months for items from our pre-loved offering). If you detect a fault within this period, the bag will be repaired or, if necessary, replaced at no extra cost. An original proof of purchase will be required. Outside of this period, repairs will carry an additional cost.

Please Note: Alcohol-Based Hand Sanitiser and Leather Goods

We know that many of our customers are using alcohol-based hand sanitiser quite frequently at the moment.

Please be assured that your bag will not be affected by clean, dry hands following the use of sanitiser.

However, when sanitiser is still wet it can degrade the surface finish or colour of leather.

To keep your bag or accessories safe, simply ensure your hands are fully dry after any application of hand sanitiser.
