Locks and Fastenings
Whether your lock is broken, scratched, needs re-attaching we can fix it. We keep spare components from most of our families.
Zips - Full Zip Replacement
We are able to offer a full zip replacement for most items, please be aware for some luggage and small leather goods we are unable to offer this service.
Zips - Components
Whether the zip pull is leather or metal we will aim to replace it, we also hold stock of other zip components. If you're unsure of what you need, please email our repairs team.
Leather Prongs
Prongs are the leather pieces used to buckle a bag. Some prongs have a magnet fastening. While we always look for the nearest possible leather or component match, this is not always possible. In this instance, we will work with you to find the best possible options.
Keepers
Keepers are the loops to thread extra length of strap through. Whether damaged or broken we can help.
Buttons
If a button has come off or become loose we can repair it. If you have the original button please send with the item. If not we will aim to replace with the same button or the closest match, which you will be shown before we start work.
Key Fobs & Padlock Case
This the casing that the padlock fits in. If you need a replacement we will need to see proof of purchase to make sure we provide you with the correct item.
