It Started With a Lock

Since our inception in 1971, the lock has been an instantly recognisable icon for Mulberry, with iterations from our original Postman’s Lock to the contemporary equestrian Rider’s Lock becoming as synonymous with our brand as the coveted bags themselves.

This season, in a series of stills shot by celebrated photographer Esther Theaker, we spotlight the striking hardware across two modern Mulberry icons – the artful Lana family's Dali-esque Foundry Lock and the bold, graphic hardware of the quintessentially British Pimlico family.

Over the years our locks has evolved – referenced, refreshed, reimagined – but the hallmarks have remained the same: secure, classic, and Made to Last.
